Facilities
The Safford Agricultural Center highlights integral contributions to corn and cotton industries, the testing of commercial and pre-commercial varieties/hybrids, soil salinity and sodicity mitigation techniques, testing of new technologies and alternative crops for application in the region, and many integral developments to agricultural research.
The facility also provides the infrastructure for Cooperative Extension agricultural research and education throughout the Southeastern part of the state.
Instruction, Extension, and Event Infrastructure
Safford Agricultural Center is positioned to support teaching or instruction, Extension activities, as well as some local events.
Livestock Facility and Pavilion
Livestock working corrals available for teaching and demonstration, this facility can be reserved for 4-H Youth Development programs and livestock events.
